Well, it’s finally finished…
I’m sorry it’s been so long coming! Lots of lovely color, but gentle enough to blend with lots of others… A lacy duck egg blue border. I’m going to post a separate post on how to do this soon, I promise! Beautiful continuous as you go joins – you can find how to do this here. It took a little while to get the knack of it, but I’m quite proud how nicely these turned out! Also the bonus of join as you is less ends to sew in at the end 🙂There are loads of tutes to learn the circles… check out this gorgeous one. This throw has been on the couch for so long as a work in progress, it already feels like part of the furniture… Everyone is loving it:And now that autumn is here, I’m sure it will get lots of use!
So now I’m trawling around for a new project… any suggestions? xx
Wonderful… I really like it…

As far as any ideas…maybe a handbag for your Mom or a Mom as a gift for Mother’s Day.

Hi, what a beautiful throw, I love your colours, lovely border. I have never crocheted that granny square. I must have a go, I am a little scared of the join as you go method. Looking forward to seeing what you crochet next x

I love your throw! It’s really nice! Please remember, it takes a while making one like that cause you make the granny squares and then they have to be put together. Have you ever tried loom knitting? There are circle ones and straight ones. It’s really easy. Just a suggestion.
